I have had a lifelong passion for photography which began when my dad gave me my very first film camera - a kodak brownie! Many years and cameras later, I am thrilled to be shooting with the Canon 5D Mark II. All of my images are shot in RAW and then processed individually and saved as high quality TIFF's. My training has included the NYIP course, college courses as well as many online photography courses. Several of my images have received finalist and second place recognition in the Betterphoto contests. A selection of my work is currently on exhibit at a local art gallery. I have had the honor of having two of my images selected to be included in "Betterphoto Basics, The Absolute Beginner's Guide to Taking Photos like the Pro's" by Jim Miotke. In addition, I have received the Master Photographer Certification at Betterphoto.
I live on the east coast with my husband, children, 3 dogs and our rescue kitty and thank them endlessly for putting up with my "ever present" camera.
